Facilitator Training Waitlist
Facilitator applications open Fall 2026.
We are finishing the Bro Chill™ facilitator standard right now: the session guide, the safety and escalation protocol, and the quality review that every trained facilitator will be held to. We are not opening training until that standard is complete and reviewed.
If you want to hold a Bro Chill circle in your community, get on the list. You will hear from us first when the first cohort opens.
Applications are currently closed. Join the waitlist for opening updates.

The pathway
Step 1
Join the waitlist
Open now. You hear first when applications open.
Step 2
Apply
An application reviewed by the Bro Chill training team.
Step 3
Complete the Online Pre-Lab
Brief and self-paced — about 60–90 minutes covering Bro Chill, role and boundaries, the rhythm, facilitation skills, and safety and warm handoff.
Step 4
3.5-hour In-Person Facilitator Skills & Safety Lab
The Bro Chill™ Facilitator Skills & Safety Lab combines facilitation practice and safety/handoff training in one live session.
Step 5
Shadow 2 circles
Observe the welcome, circle, close, and follow-up alongside a lead.
Step 6
Co-Facilitate 3 circles
Lead parts of real circles while a lead observes culture, boundaries, and timing.
Step 7
AMRI Review
A competency review by A Mindful Resource Inc. — release is based on demonstrated competency, not attendance.
Step 8
Approved Circle Lead
Released by A Mindful Resource Inc. Leads always work with a co-facilitator and ongoing supervision and fidelity review.
Facilitator applications open Fall 2026. Right now, only the waitlist is open.
The online Pre-Lab is a brief, self-paced prerequisite. It does not replace live practice. Attending the Lab clears you for field practice only — release as an Approved Circle Lead is competency-based and decided by A Mindful Resource Inc. after shadowing, co-facilitation and review. No Bro Chill circle is ever run solo. Dates are announced with each cohort.
Bro Chill circles are peer led and are not therapy. Facilitators are trained to hold conversation and connect men to support, not to provide clinical care.
