Safety & brotherhood
- Trained Lead Facilitator, Safety Lead (CPR/First Aid), and Trail Sweep every hike.
- Headcounts at every stop. First-aid kit, Narcan, water, and emergency plan on hand.
- Brotherhood Agreement: what's shared on the trail stays on the trail. Pass is always allowed.
