30 day money back guarantee
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If a purchase from A Mindful Resource Inc. is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to digital downloads, tools, and decks, including items you have already downloaded or opened.
Supporter subscriptions
Monthly supporter plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged for a period you did not intend to renew, contact us or Paddle within 30 days of the charge and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address and order number from your receipt, or contact us and we will pass the request on for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days once approved.
Printed items and licenses
Damaged or defective printed items are replaced at no cost when reported within 30 days of delivery, and unused printed items may be returned within 30 days in resalable condition. Organizational license and training fees follow the refund terms in the agreement signed for that engagement.
