Your check-in stays with you

The Bro Chill Check-In is private by design. The states, words, context, needs, and next moves you select are held on your device only. They are not sent to our servers, not written to analytics, not placed in the page address, and not included in notifications or logs. Anything you type in the private note stays in your browser for that session and is cleared when you start over or leave the page.

Who controls your data

A Mindful Resource Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation with 501(c)(3) status, doing business as Bro Chill™, is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us through our contact page for any privacy request.

What we do collect

• Information you type into a form, such as an RSVP, partnership inquiry, or facilitator interest form.
• An account email if you choose to sign in, plus login credentials handled by our auth provider.
• Push notification details if you turn on daily reminders.
• Preferences you set in the app, stored on your device.
• Order records for purchases, such as your email, the item bought, and the order reference.
• Support messages you send us, and limited technical data such as IP address and device details used for security.

How we use it and our legal basis

• To provide the service, deliver purchases, and run programs and events. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you.
• To respond to you and provide support. Legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud, and to improve the product. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
• To send optional messages or reminders you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To meet tax, accounting, and nonprofit record keeping duties. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for checkout, payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and buyer support. Paddle collects and processes payment details directly under its own privacy notice. We never see or store your full card details.
• Service providers who host our database, send our email, and support the app on our behalf.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting support, where needed.
• Authorities where we are required to share by law.

Analytics

We measure only a short list of product events, such as a check-in being started or completed and a resource being opened. Selected emotions, needs, context, free text, and support actions are never sent to analytics.

Reporting

Program reporting is de-identified and aggregated. When a group is too small to protect a participant's privacy, we suppress the figure rather than publish it.

Security and retention

Form submissions are stored in a protected database with row level access rules so only authorized staff can read them. We keep submissions only as long as needed for the program or our nonprofit record keeping.

Not medical care

Bro Chill is an emotional wellness program. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and this site does not monitor risk or provide emergency response.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted, unsubscribe from messages, or turn off notifications at any time. Contact us and we will take care of it.
