Using this site

Bro Chill provides emotional wellness education, tools, and community programs. By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse the tools or content.

Not medical or clinical advice

Content and tools here are not medical, psychological, or crisis services. They do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you need care, talk with a licensed professional. If there is immediate danger, call 911, or call or text 988 in the United States.

Program participation

Circles, hikes, and events have their own agreements around confidentiality, conduct, physical activity, and waivers where applicable. We may decline or end participation when conduct puts others at risk.

Purchases and licenses

Personal editions are licensed to one individual for personal use. Organizational products are licensed to the sites named in your agreement. Reselling, redistributing, or reproducing Bro Chill materials outside your license is not permitted.

Refunds and replacements

• Damaged or defective physical items are replaced at no cost when reported within 30 days of delivery.
• Unused physical items may be returned within 30 days in resalable condition.
• Digital downloads are not refundable once accessed, since the file cannot be returned.
• Training and license fees are governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.

Intellectual property

Bro Chill™, Care Before Crisis™, the Bro Chill logo and badge, the Check-In Wheel, and related materials belong to A Mindful Resource Inc.

Changes

We may update these terms as programs and products change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
